Return Policy
Returns for overstocked products or customer product returns are not accepted. In the event of a manufacturer defect or order error, please contact support@pro47.com or 1-866-456-1211 and include your shop information, order number, and all relevant details regarding the issue.
Payments
You are responsible to make payments for orders placed on Pro47.com through the Pro47 Account Management Portal. Click here to access the portal. You should have received your portal login credentials from the Pro47 Accounting team. If you need assistance accessing the portal, please contact accounting@pro47.com. Your tax amount may differ upon final invoice.
